Look for the file:

MGED430D.ZIP 158k <= the 16-bit Dos version.
MGED430X.ZIP 366k <= the 32-bit Dos version.
MGED430S.ZIP 238k <= The source code.

MGEDDOC.ZIP is delayed (sorry about that, we will release it as soon as it
is finish) but there is some very well commented cfg-files in the archive
so you should have allot of help there.
