In the first place, it is -was-.  In the second place, how many troops are
you going to take out with a shaped charge?  There is -no- guarantee that
the damn thing will even detonate on impact with meat as opposed to metal.
You are only being argumentative.
 -> I -know- the manner and method of deploying the TOW.  It is -useless-
 -> as an anti-personnel weapon.
