Yesterday I tripped over my wheelchair (of all
things) as I was getting ready to go to the
mall with a friend who has a lift on her van.
I landed on my knee. It jarred my back and
neck and obviously my knee is bruised and hurt
as well. I called the doctor yesterday and he said
that because my blood is so thin from the Coumadin
that I almost definitely will have bleeding into
the joint which will be very painful (no kidding!)
Anyway, I'm walking around the apartment as littlee
as possible and am using my crutch to help me.
Usually I can get around my apartment without the
crutch.
Please pray that it feels better soon and that I
can find help with my wash today or tomorrow. I
don't have enough clothes to go much longer than
that without washing and I am unable to carry the
laundry basket and go from my kitchen at one end
of the apartment to the dryer at the  other end
of the apartment.
I have no idea how half of this stuff happens, but
at least I know this stuff is fromt he fall. I also
have a pulled something (ligament or tenden) where
my ovaries once were as well as a pulled muscle 
around my lungs. This was before I fell!
(I did have a good time at the mall though. It gave
me a lot of practice with the electric wheelchair. I
felt like I should have added a sign which said
"student driver".  I fell before I left, but because
I was in the wheelchair I didn't know how bad I was
hurt, other than my back, until afterwards.
It's a good thing I have lots of handstamped cards
and magnets to color since I won't be doing much
of anything for a few days. I also have letters to
catch up on so...
I'm also praying that my cards will sell from the
web page (http://www.knoxgroup.com/cards) so that I
can have the money to cover RX, stamping supplies, and
groceries, as well as gas for my car!
I have movies & shows to watch that I've taped, and
I'll color..but I really do need help with my
wash.
