I recently ran into this problem with Cyrix 6x86 processors (200Mhz seen
as 66Mhz chips) when installed on DFI (Diamond Flower) MLB's.
The solution was to get a flash bios upgrade (code and loader) from
their internet support site. Chances are, that's what you'll need with
the Speedeasy board and your AMD processor.
