Thanks Fred, I will try that.
I was planning on uninstalling my winserver and reloading the whole thing. It
wouldn't uninstall so I tried to intall over the old one and that failed also.
I guess I will get a new hard drive and plug it into my box in an empty drive
slot and see if a whole new installation might cure the problem, and then use
the old drive to run my other programs.
The clencher is I installed the whole thing on my wife' laptop to see if a
clean install would work and it worked perfectly. The problem is the wcx's,
webpages, data, and $20,000 worth of other programs I have on the server drive.
I suppose I am in for an extensive rebuild pretty soon. I keep two hard
drives online and clone them for backup in case one fails. I really need to
know how to completely uninstall the winserver from the main hard drive that
would be the saving grace.
