You can't turn off FLAGS and PID lines in netmail, Marc. The EchoFlags
switch only controls whether or not the FLAGS kludge is inserted in
echomail areas. Likewise, the UsePID switch affects echomail areas only.

You can put extra CRs in the template file, i.e., putting just a
"{at}n" (in new messages section) will give you a CR at the position
you choose but-- it won't affect your initial cursor position.

Sorry, this one's a mystery. The default for that switch is OFF.
Commenting it out should give you a small dialog box when you hit the
rt-arrow at the end of an area instead of moving to the next area with
unread messages; at least it does here.
