They did.  Actually, 98's rotation is the same as 97's, except for Aaron Sele
instead of Ken Hill, who is now (or at least was at the end of 97) pitching
better than anyone on the Rangers staff.   Hill resigned for 3 years with the
Angels.
I'm also disappointed that they got rid of Damon Buford.  I liked him too, 
ut
he couldn't hit worth a damn.  That's his own fault, I wold have loved to see
him play, he's got awesome range.
