THD Proscan is a great one... works fine.

So does UpCheck, Skullcheck, LabTest,  ArchiveLab, ZipLab, MTA...

Many support RA (EleBBS) Directly, while others like Ziplab need
some PCboard-to-RA dropfile conversions done to work.

They work with the "Upload Scan" function in elconfig >
options > files
