Supposedly SBR gives MP3Pro a boost.  It is backwards compatible with MP3
players (they just don't use the extra data).

I don't know anymore beyond that.  I'm not sure it amtters anyway, I rip at
320kbps, with a plan to rip losslessly sometime in the future.
