Yeah - defense in depth would mean setting permissions on cmd.exe so
cmd.exe cannot be run (or can only be run by Administrators).

Operating systems have scripting languages - get used to it! Maybe you
should remove or disable all scripting languages from a web server or
whatever. Maybe you should remove QBasic from your old NT machines.

It is simply stupid to claim that some vulnerability has been discovered in
Monad. The perpetrator is obviously in attention-seeking mode. They have
bamboozled various news agencies. You appear to have been hooked as well.

If you accept ALL claims, it makes your judgement less valuable.
