Why don't some people get it? This is a personal choice which has no 
business in "Police" matters. Ok, think about it... where does 
"policing" come into the matter?  
If I don't sit in a public place and "infect" someone... that should 
be the end of it. The only reason the whole push is on about 
cigarettes and smoking in general is because the HMOs are all freaked 
out over what they believe is costing them money. No one even 
mentions pollution, industrial gasses and ozone depletion as the one's 
screaming about smoking are causing the other problems.
Sheesh!  How naive can someone be?
