Not aurally, if you have a place to put them.. but in an accident, they
could be lethal if a corner of a  speaker cabinet hit your head! I've
done this a few times in the past, one  time using a couple of Rat Shack
Solo 1s with high frequency horns on each side, and the most rediculous
was using a set of Altec A7-500s which were normally my keyboard sound
system then in my van!
