Hi,
    I used this feature on my Elite...now I went ISDN and I'm not using rom
1.15.  I didn't recall having the troubles you are.  I heard that that
ROM...also know...was flakey anyway.  I think all the analog users are 
aiting
for a new rom.
     Try setting your ring value at a smaller rate...ie 2 or 3....it might 
have
an upper limit.
