Oh, I didn't make the mistake of assuming so, as I've seen his posts to 
others in the same vein.  I said his attitude is "clear to me," not "clearly 
toward me."  And I have seen posts by others in an echo here or there which 
were clearly harassment, and intended to be personal attacks, so I do know 
the difference.  I've been lurking and participating in echoes since about 
1990, so I've seen plenty.
