 We used to get veal patties when we lived up in NYS but haven't found
any down here in the big T or over in Fl. (We've moved alot.) The
cutlets are expensive down in big beef country. I'll look for sales
though! :)

You want to see some mad cows :) Well not diseased but angry looking!
One July day driving home we stopped by to take a closer look at a
very LARGE black angus bull grazing in a bit of rare shade by the
fence of a rancher's field. It was a very hot hot day. I wanted to get
a picture. (We're hadn't passed the newbie Texan Transplant stage yet)
but when the bull started to snort and pace, we got the heck outta there!
