Could you please identify the freeware/shareware items ? I had a Delphi 1
phone dialer that worked fine under W 3.1, but it only works sporadically
under W95, thanks to "TAPI". Presumably it works or not depending on whether
some prior App. has set up the ports under TAPI.
Can't afford Turbopower for this App.
