 Our car test is mandatory every year for all vehicle over 3 yo.
So you can drive on summer tires in winter?

The problem here is that if I should go to Germany I have to put on summer tires
since studs are not allowed there and if I do that the Swedish police will give me
a ticket for driving on summer tires in Sweden and if I don't the German police will
give me one for having studs.
BUT if a German comes to Sweden he doesn't have to have winter tires. He can drive
on his summer tires. That's EU in a small box.
