did you change your  ip? for DNS? can take a day or two to update. Also
people that have internal Dns servers may have it cashed.  This can be fixed
easily 3 ways. If they just wait a few days it will solve itself. 2. If it's
a local dns cache problem. the people that can NOT connect  can clean the
old IP thats rememberd by doing a start run then enter "ipconfig /flushdns"
This will force their machine to get a new ip for the DNS entry. 3. If the
people that are connecting use a NAT, proxy server or company lan with it's
own DNS server. the server admin will have to force a DNS flush on the
cache.
