Well, this may be a year or so late, but I was wondering if Rise of the
Triad was re-released with a bug fix. Cause I had a problem with the CD-ROM
versions intallation. It seems that it wouldn't install on compressed
drives at all and creates a infinite number of the directory where it was
going to be installed. When I was on AOL, I went to your site on there and
found a user made fix for the problem, but didn't want to use it cause it
would have probably make more problems (The trying of removing the infinite
directory caused a crash and I didn't want that to happen again). I know
now that all I had to do was copy the files from the disk (I think) and
that would be all, but it's too late (way too late) since I had to return
the game to the store where I bought it from. I just really wanted to know
if you guys ever caught the problem and released a fixed version or
whatever. I really would have liked to play the full version (which it was,
of course). I tried to play the shareware version, but the setup for it was
really "crappy".
I guess that was all.
