i think they did a pretty decent job, actually... they also got rather
boring and drawn out at times in the same areas the book did... if you ever
get a chance to read the "Sword of Truth" books, there's
definitely some areas in them that are long and drawn out... especially
those chapters about crossing desert wastelands and the days and days that
took... the feeling one gets while reading is quite close to what one goes
thru when one travels thru such in the same way (ie: walking for days and
days)...
