I often find that what I need emotionally does't help
much physically. Sometimes that means that I do rubber
stamping beyond the point of being in too much pain.
But it does help to deal with the emotional since it is
 something I really enjoy.
A friend told me yesterday that she saw an e-mail that
was talking about embossing powders being bad for your
health, but she looked at it the way I did...it's not
like we emboss for 8 hours at a time or work in a
room without ventilation. Besides, if it was going to
bother me it would have long before now!

That is a lot of quilt blocks. Do they take you much
 time to do?

I haven't learned much about Pergamano. I have heard it
talked about, but I didn't feel like learning anything
 more at the time.

Mounting 100 stamps must have taken you some time. But
just think of all the fun you are going to have using
 them! I find I'm a little envious. :-)

I can understand how you feel. What kinds of problems do
you have with anesthesia? I know that I would much
rather have a local any day than a general. I have
major panic attacks at the thought of surgery without
a local. But there are surgeries when there is no other
choice. It is those times I definitely need a sedative!
Otherwise I don't take them (except in low doses for
my panic attacks now). Other than that I usually end
up throwing up afterwards. I hope I don't have to have
surgery on my foot any time soon. I know that I'm going
to have to have it inevitably, but I want to put it
 off as long as possible.
When I was in the hospital for 2 weeks in March, I didn't
have any energy to do much of anything. Usually I am
someone that is always doing something. I cannot just
sit and watch a tv show...but in the hospital I couldn't
 even read anything.

I've not heard of pressure embossing. What is that?
JS> I know that the cards you are making will sell well for you! Be
JS> confident and good things will definitly be coming your way...

I'm looking at this positively. It will be a God-send when
money starts coming in. And the embossing powders that I
was gifted with will be so helpful!
