It's a judgement call, that's for sure.
On the one hand, we'd have to at least CONSIDER the possibility that we
are looking at 8 years of Dole and 8 years of his VP.  16 years of
presidents who don't give a damn about the 2nd.
On the other hand, there's the possibility that Clinton might **NOT**
get to appoint ANY SC judges in the next four years.  Maybe NONE of them
will die or retire.  Or maybe only one.

I'm still thinking about it.
