Does "A" have to be the decimal value of the character (i.e. "32"
instead of " ") ?

If so, people can head to http://www.elysoft.net/?page=dispfile&id=24
and download that zip.. Open the zip and look for the file "ASCII.TXT"..
The decimal value is on the left, while what you would see is on the
right. (If theres something to see :p)

What would the sysop put in for ESC here? A raw "arrow" character, or
the 3 characters "ESC" or something else?
