Note that cmd.exe has tasklist, taskkill, netsh, reg, reg*, etc. which can
do pretty much they said :)
Also! Note that VBScript has Remote Execution Capabillities! (!!!!!!!!!),
There is a simple Reg Key (Enable/Disable) trough which You controll it!
Then You can write a script which will be RAN on TARGET System! + VBScript
also have plain and simple Over-The-Wire capabillities, etc., etc., etc.
VBScript can be signed (HTML, Internet, etc.) VBScript can be encoded, same
reason, but weak encode.

So, I see nothing new, but I see new ways of doing things, better ways,
easier ways, more secure ways (at least when Signing option are to be
included!)
