place to live?

How many are in Australia because they happened to be born into citizenship
there, and have no legal claim to live anywhere ELSE, even if they wanted to?

(which question could be asked of any country & its citizens!)

It used to be that any citizen of any country in the British Commonwealth had
an automatic right/privilege to move to any other member country of the
Commonwealth -- but no longer! :(
