No.  See above.  With ADSL, you'd have to install phone filters (these are
usually furnished with the package, but there is a disparity between the
Telco's sales, tech and shipping department and oftentimes the filters are
omitted from the package) at all of your phones and besides, ADSL only
gives up to 1.5Mbps.
