WU is also a problem for a lot of small companies who use a modem or low
bandwidth connection to the net. For example my florida office only has a
144K IDSL line because that's the best the phoneco can supply to their
location.

Imagine you have 6 computers who share a 56K connection, it would take over
an hour to patch each machine using windows update.
