Actually, I'm several weeks behind with my packet reading.  Anyway, for
power transmission lines IZ not only IR comes into play.  The only difference
between our two countries is that predominently your distribution system
AFAICR is star whereas ours is delta
And if you _really_ want to be accurate it's IZcos(theta)
