None of those soldiers should be punished in any way, shape or form.
However, all of them will probably be kicked out the military.  If they
have not been kicked out already.  I just hope their employers do not
blackball them from their civilian jobs, being that they are Reservists.

What was done to Iraqi prisoners was clearly wrong.  And there is no
excuse or justification for soldiers having done so.  However, why did
those soldiers do what they did?  Clearly, they did not act on their
own, of their own volition.
