As the grace period for Doug Palmer's elisting has now expired, I have 
elisted the ZyXEL echo.  Joe Schweier has expressed interest in becoming the 
moderator.  Unless someone else wishes the post of moderator and maintaining 
changing the echo listing, I will send Joe the password and let him take care 
of maintaining the elist entry.
Personally, I haven't seen much need for active moderation in the echo as it 
seems to have attracted a reasonable crowd however we do need a moderator of 
record to keep the elist entry active.
Please send any input via this echo if you feel it is of general interest.
