Hi people,

I'm trying to configure my BBS to send and receive e-mails from Internet for
my domain address. I've already made it works for receiving e-mail at BBS.
I've followed the Shurato's FAQ at pcm's site.

But, things are not working when I try to send e-mails from BBS to Internet.
I've made one thing different from the FAQ: I'm using my IREX SMTPD to relay
messages locally from BBS. The reason is I don't have an ISP for sending
messages for my domain (bsbbs.com.br).

Although, I don't know if this is the cause of the problem.
It looks like there is some protocol problem between ELEMAIL and IREX SMTPD.

It looks like the ELEMAIL sends a HELO to IREX, and doesn't like the answer
for some reason. Then it gives up sending the e-mail and starts again saying
HELO for the next message... Then, it gives up again and send a QUIT
finishing the session.

Have anyone here seen this situation before?

I'm using IREX v2.29 and ELEMAIL v20060621 (have already tried with v0.10rc1
and the behavior is the same).

I've tried using IREX SMTPD at my Outlook for sending e-mail for my domain
and it works fine, so the problem seems to be at ELEMAIL side...
