I would like to learn Delphi. I have a few basic questions:
1: What is the learning curve like?
2: How good a computer do you need? All I have is a 386 with 4megs ram
   and a 60meg hard drive. :(
3: How does is compare to VB?
4: Can you compile your apps for Win3.1?
