Does tripping over a hose while washing your car and spraining
your right ankle and break a bone in the left wrist about two
hours after taking a home pregnacy test (Postitive) count? The
worst is when it was all on Laborday and the clinic I went to
(cuz it was closer than the hospital emergency room and the dh
of a friend was driving like an idiot and I didn't want to ride
with him any longer than I had to and my dh wouldn't be home for
another 4 hours.) didn't have anyone to do ex-rays. So they just
put an ace bandage on it and told me to ice it down. And for this
they charged me over $75.00? I could have stayed home and done that
myself, in fact I had been doing that till my friend called and I
told her what happened. She insisted her dweeb hubby drive me.
I called an MD the next day and got ex-rayed (four protection
vests over me) and a cast on the broken wrist.
Come to think of it, it was six years ago today I got the cast. 8-)
