Unfortunately, if someone tries to log on the BBS with this account, it
tells them that their password has expired and they have to change it.
Plus, someone could manually change it anyway from a menu option.  Unless I
can do something like disallow the account telnet bbs access, but allow it
ftp server access?  Will a blank password allow any password from the ftp
client?
