   Not to panic!  UPS could not survive without the railroads.
 Long haul to UPS is any distance that could not be covered in a
 Feeder drivers normal shift. Sub-contracting started at UPS during
 the Holiday season. The company saw it as a cost cutting move and
 wanted to make it a regularity. No such luck.
