Hi Jonathan,

 * About "Bidirectional parallel p"
JDBP> LN> > This PAR1284.SYS device driver can be found on the IBM OS/2
JDBP> LN> > Device Driver Pak On-Line at:
JDBP> LN> > http://service.software.ibm.com/os2ddpak/html/
JDBP> LN> > CE7558BA7305FF150625636F007AAA3D.html
JDBP> GI> When I try to access this (I don't have Warp 4, so I have to
JDBP> GI> type all these numbers myself ) it says "File Not
JDBP> GI> Found".
JDBP> When one is accessing a web site which holds its web pages in a
JDBP> database (and this one obviously does) it's probably better to
JDBP> start at the root, http://service.software.ibm.com/os2ddpak/html/
JDBP> in this case, and follow the links.
That's exactly how I did it and got it right...
JDBP> It's a lot less typing that way (assuming one doesn't use
JDBP> cut and paste from message reader into web browser) at
JDBP> least.
As I wrote in my previous message the Copy/Paste solution is not
applicable for me since I use FM/2. To see what I mean try to copy plain
text from FM/2's internal viewer and load your clipboard viewer to see what's
in it (you'll be surprised). It has been a bug since v2.50 (I use v2.61 here
- same story).
FM/2 when copying it eats-up the last letter (regardless of Wrap Mode
selection), copies only the currently visible characters to the clipboard (if
Wrap Mode is OFF) or splits the line and puts it in a messy order into the
clipboard (if Wrap Mode is ON)...
cheers, George
