 Yes it does. And they are selling Digital Radio to quite a few Law 
Enforcement agencies. They are providing Dual mode, Digital/Analog, units for 
the New San Diego County Sheriffs system. On simples they sound quite good 
ut
wil have reduced range compaired to the Analog system they use now. But they 
are installing quite a few more Repeaters for the New system so it should not
matter much. In fact it will be similar to a Cell system in that you will
change repeaters automaticly as you patrol in your vehicle.
