That's starting to be like "standardizing" the binkd.conf file though. It's a
file that binkd creates for its own use and for it's own reasons. It's not
something that should be interoperable.
Registering the fact that binkd does create and use them is not a bad idea,
documenting what binkd currently puts in them though is just asking for an
ongoing job updating the spec any time BinkD adds a byte to the file.
