From a half-hour's bad taste (don't own it):

There's a DOS (basically Ghost 8.2) and a win version.  There's no real
floppy operation anymore, from what I briefly saw. (Of course, you don't
get a floppy with one meatball these days.)  You seemed always to be
confronted with a license check, including in the middle of things when you
were maximally exposed.  It just didn't feel right.
