You can't tell how many FPS a game runs in off a TV commercial..

No it makes the game better..  No annoying FMV..  What versions of games do 
you think you get on Warez CD's..  "CD-Rips"..  Games with the FMV taken 
out..  And not many pir8's complain about that..
