Just as long as you haven't installed Eliza or Racter or Mark V. Chaney to 
answer your messages  :-)

Even with CRON, can you be sure that you run the batch file to make the 
report, which changes each time, _before_ Netmgr posts it?  Or can you use 
Netmgr to run the batch in some way, perhaps be dropping a semaphore?
