No {chuckle} Tag & Pass are good, follow that with a line stating
"RuleText" 
(no quotes), followed by the rules text lines, ending with three dashes is 
correct. :)  Submit as a Mod Upd !!! NOT Mod Rul ... everything uses Mod Upd at 
this point, New echoes get added automatically if missing, etc.

Oh, one exception, Mod Del does work correctly lol
