Hello ALL!
We have a set (two) of mealy's that are about 9 years old, they were wild
caught and we purchased them from a pet store, shortly after they came
available.
We have not had them sexed, so not sure on what they are.
We are looking to sell them to someone that can give them the care they
deserve, with our family growing, etc., they really are no longer getting the
attention they need.
They are healthy, and somewhat tamed down - they give kisses, shake hands,
perch on the shoulder for short walks, etc. Not really fond of strangers
however, and it takes a little while for them to respond to new people. They
only say a few words, like PEANUT .
All in all they are lovable creatures, that deserve better than they have
right now. Any suggestions? We are in the Atlanta area, and could put them
in a pet store on consignment, but by doing that we have no control over who
gets them or keeping them together.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
Later -,
Chuck
