 JK> Yep, I sure am

Awhile ago into a controversial echo as a broccoli green newbie who had not
lurked first (bad!), using an alias (Coffee) (also bad)- I was once accused
of being a male because I accused one of the female touchy poos of being
pms'y with her cat on tacks reply to a simple question she mistook as
something it wasn't. Being new I felt cooked!

Upon witnessing the sorry fracas a cyberacquaintance; a wise and weary
regular there dashed off priority email to me imploring me to retreat
immediately avering with all out sincerely, CINDY! She's ALWAYS like
that. He was so right too. Good chuckle in retrospect! :)

JK> Don't worry, I am :) I've seen some fellows overseas named Janis
JK> too.. I hadn't realized that in those countries, Janis is a male name
JK> .. I had to explain to those folks that I was a woman ;)

My assumption was also based and yes not a good way to base an
assumption- on how I have a gal cousin Janis. Oversease in the Norse
countries ? It's a popular guy's name through IIRC.

JK> > You don't know any guys named Cindy do you

 JK> Nope :)

  I hope not anyway! :)
