Remind me what Narco is/was?

I want to know how bad the flattening of the D:rive/subdir world is going
to be.  I'm dismayed at the limits of the "address bar."  It
would be so simple to drop in a limited commandline option there (in
WinExplorer).  I hope Explorer.exe still accepts a command tail (/n, /e,
C:\BLAHBLAH - etc.).
