You bet it sounds like permissions are messed up.  I had him rooting around
in the registry, but your way sounds better, if he could get in to
administrator. He's responding slowly, and I'm traveling next week, so it's
bonne chance for him, or, God help him, the remnants of the NT forum on
CIS.
