Start, Printers and Faxes.
File menu, Server Properties, Advanced tab. Show informational
notifications for local printers - OFF

I believe that it is LOCAL printers you want, because it is your computer
that is handling/spooling the print job despite the fact that the printer
is actually accessed over the network.
