Maybe You could check which *.dll_s are loaded to lsass.exe, which open
handles it has (handle.exe/SysInternals, oh.exe/Res Kit), check
openfiles.exe (filemon) (WinXP), check registry keys it is fetching
(regmon), etc.
Diff results with other clean computer. Also, try runnin perfmon and try to
isolate thread that is bouncing onto CPU, then try to allocate what is
running under that addy, maybe there is some driver communication, etc.,
etc., etc.
