Hi Bill - I said from the beginning that you had a bug in there somewhere. 
(G) Turn on Reveal Codes and delete the entire column in hopes of getting rid 
of it. Then retype it and see if that helps. I have a feeling that the 
problem has something to do with the ruler bar. Somehow you have too narrow a 
space for the data and it goes to the next line. Anne
